Our Approach

How We Do It!!!

Approach 1

Gender Equality and Empowerment

At CfLA, we focus on promoting gender equality and empowering women in informal economies. We address societal barriers that hinder women's economic independence, offering skills training and support. Our initiatives, such as recognizing unpaid care work, aim to create equitable opportunities, ensuring women can contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Approach 2

Livelihood Reconstruction

CfLA is dedicated to providing immediate and long-term support to women and girls during crises. Our humanitarian response initiatives focus on addressing the needs of those affected by disasters and conflicts. Through emergency aid and advocacy, we ensure vulnerable women receive the resources and protection needed to rebuild their lives.

Approach 3

Advocacy and Research

CfLA prioritizes research and advocacy to drive systemic change for women. We address barriers to gender equality and promote the recognition of women's contributions to the economy. Our efforts include conducting safety audits, influencing policy reforms, and advocating against gender-based violence to create safer, more equitable environments for women and girls.
